Owner/Head Coach

I reside in Prior Lake with my husband and 2 children.  My husband and I are both originally from PL.  I competed for the PL high school Varsity team from 9-12 grade.  I started my gymnastics career at the age of 7 and have loved it ever since!  I started coaching in 1992, I have coached preschool through high school age kids of all skill levels.  I have also coached high school as well as USAG competitive teams.  In December of 2013, my husband suggested that we turn our detached garage into a gymnastics studio.  I thought he was absolutely crazy:)  Well, 3 months later I had a studio!  I started in March 2014 with just 4 students and now the "garage" is overflowing.  With all the kind words and referrals we are so fortunate to have the opportunity to expand and continue this amazing journey.  In Oct of 2015, we opened "Bodies In Motion" in downtown Prior Lake in the old Car Quest location.

Assistant Manager / Coach

I started coaching at Bodies in Motion in the fall of 2015. Growing up, I was a gymnast and a dancer for 13 years. I trained with the YMCA and UWEC Summer College Camps. I absolutely love working with children and have two of my own. Even though I might be a little taller than the average gymnast - I never let anyone tell me I couldn't do it! That's what I strive to teach all my students. If you put your mind to it, you can do anything!
