Bodies In Motion is offering a non-intimidating environment to learn the basic terminology, proper technique, and class etiquette of some of the most popular group fitness classes! Let’s kick 2020 out and bring in 2021 with a fresh start!
We are offering a “Learn Group Fitness” sampler package from a certified group fitness instructor, Molly Susee. The 4-week session is being offered on Mondays from 9:30-10:30, beginning on Monday Feb 8. Week 1 will be Yoga, Week 2 Barre, Week 3 HIIT, and week 4 50/50.
The objective is to educate you on class etiquette, what to wear, what to bring, what weights to use, stretching, and general self-care. Help you gain confidence and empower you to join any fitness class!
